Plattsburgh Manor is locally owned and operated by Adirondack Sunrise Properties LLC. Our philosophy is to create a living environment we would be proud to rent to our family, friends, and loved ones. Everyone deserves to live in dignity, and that means living in a quality home.

After a friend in a wheelchair could not find adequate housing, we were inspired to take action. We have designed these apartments to be amenable to people in all stages of their lives - from young families to empty nesters who wish to downsize and age in place.

We know that you will enjoy unique features like the two-car garage, and appreciate the private and spacious backyard to enjoy with family and friends. We take care of the mowing, shoveling, salting, garbage, and recycling - making it easier for you to relax and unwind at the end of each day.
